Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken from the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 2012 while I was on holiday in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The view is of the Sydney Opera House with the city of Sydney in the background.

Time

It was late morning when I was enjoying this view of Sydney Harbour.

Lighting

It was a sunny, clear day so no flash was required at this time.

Equipment

I was using SAMSUNG ES65 as I photographed this iconic structure. Aperture f/5.6?ISO 100?Shutter 1/750?Focal Length 112/10?

Inspiration

It was an iconic view on a beautiful day and I was on holidays at the time, which meant more time in appreciating the city view and the architecture of the Sydney Opera House.

Editing

No post-processing involved at the time.

In my camera bag

At the time of taking this image it was just me and my lightweight and user friendly Samsung Digital Camera ... and a camera lens cloth just in case the lens got wet or dirty.

Feedback

Be prepared for all weather conditions. Be aware of the horizon, and also what else might distract from the image you are aiming to capture. Try not to rush in taking your photo, your patience will bring a better reward.
