5 second exposure of the water meandering around rocks. I went hiking along the Appalachian Trail to try to capture the autumn foliage when I came across this beautiful sight.

I set up the tripod very low near the water - the goal was to try to capture the water motion and swirls around the partially submerged rocks.

It was autumn, all the leaves had fallen. The forrest fires near Gatlinburg, Tennessee were just flaring up. The creek was almost totally dry.

This was a 5 second exposure at F20.
