Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken from the shoreline of Lake Tahoe as the sun was lowering in the sky.

Time

Any capture at Lake Tahoe is a good one. The sun angle changes and sets the mood; as this one taken was dusk was settling in for the day.

Lighting

Lighting was taken care of by nature. The evening was arriving with the sun low in the sky sharing a relaxing setting.

Equipment

A handheld Sony DSC-HX400V helped make the shot happen.

Inspiration

While on an early evening stroll, the scene just needed to be captured.

Editing

A small tuning on the structure to bring out depth as I saw the view in real time.

In my camera bag

The Sony is a great camera with its mega-zoom and Zeiss lens allows me to travel light with only an extra battery in the pack - as everything is a potential memory!
