Location
This was taken on a back road, now closed because of a collapsing bridge in the southeast corner of Clarke County, Mississippi. It follows the Chickasawhay river.Time
It was mid December day and my daughter knew I was looking for new things to photograph when she said let's head down this way. We turned down the road and saw several trees just covered in color but the view didn't look quite right. The river was up very high, so we didn't travel to much further. I turned around and headed back. The 12:30 sun burned through the thick canopy of color. The bend of the road was perfect. So I snapped it from several angles.Lighting
Lighting is everything. This picture has naturally good lighting. There are other copies I have made and sold where the contrast and the highlights was slightly increased.Equipment
