Location

This image was set up and taken with a real USPS mail box located on my street.

Time

Image capture time was 1:15 pm in the afternoon.

Lighting

The day was overcast, and had been raining, but the rain had let up and the overcast sky had brightened.

Equipment

For this image I used an Olympus E-5 with a Zuiko 14-54 mm zoom lens. The effective focal length was 50 mm. The exposure was 1/30 sec at f/14 with an ISO of 100.

Inspiration

This image was conceived for a photo challenge to do with "mail".

Editing

Post processing amounted to cropping and slight touch-up.
