Not a critique, but asking to learn: Why a low speed? Wouldnt a fast speed produce a more dramatic feeling of the storm? Apart from the question, superb image!

Slowing down the motion is just my style of shooting - There are a few occasions where I'll decide to freeze the motion but they are quite few and far between. Glad you like the image!
