Thanks very much, just bored one night and decided to play around with long exposure photography and this was the result.

Behind The Lens

Location

Tamworth Road. It is the main road that runs through my home town of Long Eaton in Derbyshire. More specifically it is right outside the Stumble Inn, my local pub so I can pop in after I had taken it.

Time

After 9 in the evening. I had been working late and needed to wind down before going to bed so I went out to take this picture that I had had the idea for for a while.

Lighting

Not really, they light that way by themselves.

Equipment

Canon 1300D with an 18-55mm lens and of course a tripod as this was a long exposure.

Inspiration

Studying long exposures, this just came to me.

Editing

The red light had to be toned down a little because that was on the longest and it looked too dominant.

In my camera bag

Not very much I am only an amateur.

Feedback

Be patient. This took several shots to get right it was either over or under exposed and tall vehicles kept passing and ruining the shot with streaks in the background.
