Took this and many more pictures of stock car racing during the NASCAR Homestead Miami Speedway Championship weekend races in November 2018. I was amazed at how good my Sony A73 behaved. I had for this shot the Sony 70-200 G lens on the camera set to the crop factor which gave me a 300 mm equivalent. This car at this point is nearing 200 mph. I could have used a higher shutter speed, but I wanted to get some of the motion of the letters on the wheels of the car. I did not want to freeze all of the action. I was amazed at the colors and also the battery on the EVF mirror less camera lasted for the whole day making me very happy.
