Took this picture with a full overcast. This helped in getting a long exposure. I had a lee 10 stop ND filter and a polarizer attached to the filter holder. I was using my tripod and shutter release cable. I post processed with Luminar 2018 by Skylum to make her pop. The picture was taken in the Dinner key area in Miami, Florida brhind the City Hall building..
