Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in the great park in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. It was the sight of a castle where Katherine of Aragon received the news that Henry VIII was going to divorce her.

Time

This was taken in the mid morning, I wanted the light coming through to bring out the colours.

Lighting

I wanted the viewer to feel like they were in there under the glorious golden orange canopy.i

Equipment

I shot this with my Panasonic Lumix FZ200. I had no other equipment with me as I was out for a stroll.

Inspiration

The colours, I love autumn colour, and the feeling of being enclosed and kept safe by the tree.

Normally just the camera, spare batteries, lens cleaning cloth and some filters.
