I was getting ready to drive to work when all of a sudden I thought, I'm going to head over to the beach to check out the sunrise. When I got there, the sun was just peaking above the horizon, so I had a little time to position myself. This scene was the first thing I saw as I walked onto the beach. I loved the rivulet of water leading my eye to the ocean, and the reflection of the sunset was perfect. The sunset was so breathtaking and calming. I stopped my mind from thinking about all of the things I needed to accomplish that day, and just enjoyed the moment. I did not mind that I was a little late to work that morning.
