On my drive in search of Monarchs yesterday, I passed this hawk perched on a speed limit sign. I almost stopped then, but I to get to my destination before closing. To my surprise, on the return trip, he was waiting for me. So I figured that he must have wanted his picture taken. It was a very good day indeed.
