Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was simply taken in our backyard. We have a large backyard, and provides a great place for our 2 rescue puppies to play and get to know each other.

Time

This shot was taken in the afternoon while they were out playing.

Lighting

I believe that this particular spot under the tree was perfect because the was just enough shade that they were able to have they eyes wide open.

Equipment

Honestly, I’ve learned if I don’t have my Nikon with me, I always have to have my iPhone. That is what I used get this shot.

Inspiration

I think that being a parent you always have to be ready for anything your kids you. And I’ve learned that goes the same for puppies. These are our first rescue puppies and I think we rescued each other.

Editing

The only things I make have done is crop it a little and smooth/round the edges.

In my camera bag

I have my Nikon L830 and iPhone. I’m working on getting my old Pentex working, in addition to playing around with a brownie I picked up.

Feedback

I think it’s like with anything, never give up. Take pictures of the things/people/places that make you happy. I believe that when you do that, you see so much more.
