This was a raptor that I had called to find out who could come out and rescue it. I got within 10 feet of this bird. I named it (not sure male or female) but Sir or Lady Goodspeed. That was the road I found him on! By the way, I did help with the rescue. A first for me! We watched it for over 2 hours until someone was able to come and rescue this lovely raptor.

It snowed in Tillamook, Oregon. The skies were blue and the contrast was stark. I love textures.

We had snow in the mountains, the water was calm and it was crisp and sunny. Snow that low in Tillamook isn't too usual.

This is a beautiful lone tree on Hwy 6 about a mile west of Hwy 26. It was just stark and beautiful to me.
