I visited this area in September 2016 with friends, it was about 3.00 PM our time being limited as we were on a coach trip.Lighting
It is a bright day with clear skies as you can see so exposure had to be worked on to get the texture in the lighthouse itself.Equipment
I use Nikon and being on vacation with weight restrictions on flights I travel light and only had the one lens a Nikon 28-300 mm f5.6, what I call a walkabout lens with a good zoom range. I had a polariser fittedInspiration
This is a popular LightHouse for photographers, I took this image while on Holiday with a great bunch of friends and I liked the frame with the rocky shore and the lighthouse standing out against the sky, also its a nice calm tranquil day.Editing
I took this in RAW so had to convert it to JPG with a slight adjustment of the exposure.In my camera bag

If I had a choice with the time of day when I was there I would go back very early in the morning and take a tripod and hope to get a nice sunrise with a really good sky and maybe a rough sea. Play a little bit with long exposure if there are clouds in the sky for movement.
