The year 1910, Watergap, Rhode Island (Population: 200) the citizens of this seaside village are fearing for their lives. One by one families from this small town are being struck by 'Night Terrors'. These night terrors tend to strike at midnight, one or more family members experience a situation of nocturnal attack or nightmares.

During these night terror , people are usually described as "bolting upright" with their eyes wide open and a look of fear or violent looks on their faces. They will often start punching, swinging, or fleeing with fear. These night terrors have cause some fatal tragedies in this small town community.
