This photo was taken in my home studio in Hamilton, ON. Canada. It is actually a combination of 3 separate photos that I took.Time
Afternoon I think. its in studio.Lighting
Lighting the balloon is the hardest part. I wanted to make the balloon look very soft and matte, so what you have to do is blow it up and leave it outside in the sun for at least a full day. The background and rope were both shot separately.Equipment

Don't try to light the whole thing at once if you want a completely flat look. each element - balloon, rope, background, etc has to be shot and lit on its own.
