The photo was taken some time ago in 2010, When we were driving back from our vacation in Italy, we decide to sleep overnight in the town Schonag, in the Black Forest of Germany.Time
This was taken in the morning, just before we went for hiking the black forest to see some waterfalls. When drinking coffee at a terrace, a long row of classic cars past, among which this old fire truck.Lighting
We were just lucky that it was a day with bright sunlight without any clouds, for the cars were moving fast and I had to react quickly, so clouds would have spoiled the photo.Equipment
At the time I had a Olympus S1010 compact camera, which I used especially when hiking. It is light and handy.Inspiration
What inspired me was realizing that this fire truck was made by Benz only, before he started to co-operate with Mercedes. The car is therefor very unique.Editing
