This is a Western Honey bee forging for pollen..It is the best known bee. Man has domesticated this bee for honey and plant production but anytime we tamper with Mother Nature we find ourselves humanized finding that domesticating has a cost. The honey bee is in the decline. We must try to protect this insect.
