I phone 8. I set the camera on the table for support.Inspiration
These were the coolest cats. I was experimenting with POV and got this lucky shot.Editing
It is very rare for me to not crop a photo. Most of my photos I use a hash tag grid to set up a crop. This photo is a good example of this technique. The foreground kitty's right eye is my primary focus point with the background kitty's eye as my secondary focus point. The crumb of food supports the story and the ribs of the background add framing. I was happy with the color combination and light contrast. I had to tilt the horizon to get the eyes in the grid position I wanted. I think that added a little tension or maybe even innocence to the image. In my camera bag
I use a cell phone camera with a lightroom app.Feedback
Find a scene that can be photographed over and over again. Compare specific details during editing. Details like exposure, color, and light contrast. Find an interesting subject. Pets are a good subject.
