I stopped for a wander at Milnthorpe, had a few photos in mind but the rapidly rising tide curtailed. I hadn't been for an explore here at night before so was fun, some nice boulder shoreline, still no biolum' ????

When arriving for a night shoot, first thing to do is take a few shots in all directions to see what's up with the sky... the camera screen showed it was red hydroxide glow all over, a reasonably common airglow colour in the southern hemisphere later in the season, post autumnal green.

Not long after I finished shooting the 40 shots for this, the water came over the causeway, so just snuck it in luckily. The tidal change made this one not want to behave stitching the lower frames together.
