Location
This photo is of Lake Tutira which is on the east coast side of the North Island in New ZealandTime
I had been driving for about 2 hours and just needed a stop and a coffee it would have been about 12.30 PM and as this is such a nice place it was worth stopping as ou can see.Lighting
This was on a fine day and early afternoon there was no wind or breeze and no ducks to cause ripples so with the sun overhead it was worth taking the photoEquipment
I used a point and shoot camera, the camera was a Minolta, so the shot was how it looked with no editing requiredInspiration
I just liked the beauty and peaceful ness of the reflection and with nothing to mar the photo it was now or never as this was the first time I had seen the lake so calmEditing
No editing was done on this photo it is how it wasIn my camera bag
at that stage very little apart from a point and shoot camera nowadays I have a bag full of lens and two bodies a Canon 70 D and a Sony A7111 I have a Tamron 150-600 tele lens for the canon and a converter so can use it on the Sony as well then I have an 18-150 lens that I usually use and there are also lens for taking photo of the stars I also have a standard lens for general work and a fish eye lens for getting good Milky way photos when neededFeedback
really its a case of being in the right place at the right time so have your camera ready as you never know when that opportunity is going to pop up and you dont want to e diving they a pile of baggage trying to find you camera
