Smart thinkers, or perhaps bad planners, those who decided to install a bunch of transmission antennas at the top of Volcan Baru, the highest point of the country, the ironic part is that despite the fact that you might get a lot, and I really mean a lot, of channels, it's sooooo cold that's almost impossible to watch tv up there! They should built an interactive theme park at the peak called "HEAT"! (right there, a million dollar idea..)
