I grew up on the coast, so the seaside and marine life is very important to me. When the British summer approaches you will often find moon jellyfish in our seas, and I've had more than my fair share of these end up on my surfboard or catch the same ride as me. Many people are afraid of moon jellies, but these little creatures are pretty harmless to humans. If you accidentally do get stung, you will have no more than a minor rash. Ultimately they have just come to dance and play in the sun too.
