In January 2018, I decided to explore and meet people who lived very different lives to myself. These are some of the children of the colourful and wonderful Emberá tribe. With no mobile devices, phones or computers, these children found fun by simply playing outdoors and holding hands with one another. In our fast paced, social media governed society in which we live, experiencing this simple way of life truly inspired and grounded me. In life, all we really need is each other.
