A month shy of his 10th birthday, Soupy is definitely slowing down. He doesn't run anymore on his walks like he used to and has trouble getting up especially on the tiled floor. However, he hasn't slowed down on the theft side of things. He still subscribes to the dictum "whatever's on the floor is Soupy's, whatever he can reach is his."
