I find the food challenge once a month extremely difficult but guess that is why it is a challenge - used tripod, remote and macro lens but still had difficulty getting sharp focus - if anyone wants to make suggestions on how to improve - tried different background colors (probably could have used some lettuce from garden) but was trying to make the egg and texture of yolk main focus. Your constructive critique is always appreciated.

It's still a remarkably great capture. I am no expert but wonder if you had just backed off a tiny bit the focus might have cleared.

Thanks Chuck, possibly would work was thinking I should use timer as well as remote as the tripod can still vibrate a little on pushing remote button
