Weather is unpredictable in the Torres del Paine National Park, Patagonia, Chile. Clouds had prevailed all afternoon shrouding the peaks. As sunset approached I saw the clouds getting a tinge of pink. Anticipating that the setting Sun might break through the western cloud layer, I was prepared, and it happened. For a short period, before it sank below the horizon, the peaks were illuminated.
