Using the Photographer's Ephemeris program I determined what day the Sun would set almost touching Cerro Pedernal, "Georgia O'Keeffe Peak." The weather cooperated, and provided some thin clouds to make for an interesting sky.
I thought the small black patches on the Sun resulted from dust on the camera's sensor. Then I realized they were Sun Spots
