Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken during a family day out in Cornwall. I was sitting by the boating pond, there were lots of Dragonflies around and this one was just sitting in the sun on the bench.

Time

It was around midday.

Lighting

The lighting is natural light, around Missy with the sun high and very few clouds.

Equipment

This was taken on my iPhone SE, I was very lucky as I was able to get very close to the dragonfly.

Inspiration

I love dragonflies, they are usually too quick to take a good shot, this one seemed to be enjoying the sun.

Editing

No, this is straight from the phone camera.

In my camera bag

I always have my phone, when I do take my camera it a Nikon D5000, I least have the 18-55mm lens and my 70-300 sigma lens for my macro shots.

Feedback

Look for the photo opportunities that nature give you, there are so many.
