Taken in Thoreau, New Mexico. This small trailer town is located near Gallup within the Navajo Nation. I spent a week here with the locals and was fortunate enough to explore their land with them. Here, a dried creek bed is partially covered by the shadows of the trees to the left, and the evening rain clouds are slowly approaching.
