This is my fourth and final Sayulita animal photo. I love this photo due to the position of the birds, which stays the same throughout the burst of photos I took during this scene. Their wingspans line up in the half dozen photos in this sequence, but I chose this one as it was right after takeoff. These pelicans have a wingspan of roughly 8 feet, which is rapidly condensed into a foot as soon as they dive bomb to catch various fish in the waters below.
