This is one of my favorite photos I have ever taken. Hopefully, it uploads as the full picture, in which you can see the whole bird in all of its glory. I love the colors and the expression on the bird, which is very straight faced and focused. I took a few hundred photos of these pelicans but only kept about 5, including this one. If you look closely, you can see the droplets of water falling from the tip of its beak. This was taken in Sayulita as well
