Behind The Lens

Location

This photo is taken at my favorite place in the world, Pemequid Point Lighthouse. It is located near Bristol, Maine. My family and I vacation in Maine every year. We enjoy sitting on the rocks and watching the waves. I noticed a tidal pool in the rocks and thought that it would make for a good photo.

Time

If I remember correctly, the photo was taken around 3:00 pm.

Lighting

It was a bright clear day so I didn't have to play with the settings too much.

Equipment

I used my Nikon 400.

Inspiration

The extreme beauty of the area is what inspired me to take this shot.

Editing

I never do any post-processing on any of my photos.

In my camera bag

Nikon 400, a few lenses, a few filters.

Feedback

Weather changes hourly in Maine so you just have to be kind of lucky.
