There was jubilation in the street when a wedding party procession broke out in the middle of the day near the Shambles area in York, England. The couple led a procession of musicians and well-wishers. Looking at the photo the first time I was immediately drawn to the purple umbrella that the bride held so I converted everything else to black and white to make the umbrella stand out more. It was really warm that day and around noon it was scorching hot.
