PAINTED SILENCE

This is an image that I have gone over and over and over again. Never satisfied with how I edited the image. Today I sat down with a clear intention in my mind to re create the image to the mood that I felt the day I took the shot. I felt the atmosphere that day was very dark, gloomy and almost medieval like. Finally opening the image in Photoshop CC and utilizing the correct light painting gave the results I need. I hope that you can feel too that atmosphere that I felt on that day as the light took its first breath threw those rising clouds from the valley below.
