Stellar image! Very well done!!

Behind The Lens

Location
I took this image about an hours north from Rome Italy
Time
It was early morning in winter
Lighting
The morning was very cold and frosty. I opted for an image including more foreground interest as the atmospheric conditions weren’t that interesting
Equipment
Is used a Pentax k1 and 24-70 lens. A stable carbon fibre tripod and circular polarizing filter to cut some unwanted reflections out of the water
Inspiration
It’s a location close to home and I love the dynamics in water flow.
Editing
I used photoshop for some selective dodging and burning and color grading.
In my camera bag
A circular polarizer and Neural density 4 stop filter. I remote wireless timer. A carbon fibre tripod too
Feedback
When shooting waterfalls always looks for foreground interest to give you a leading line and depth to the image. Try to maintain shutter speed around 1/2 second time maintain good dynamics in the water flow
