Congrats on winning People's Choice in Pastel Colors Photo Challenge! The Beautiful colors, unique angle, and contrast of the ground against the sky make this a lovely photo, and if you look at it, it really has a message to it, I believe! Congratulations. :)

Behind The Lens

Location

Not really that far from my home. Just off the interstate that I take often.

Time

I took this photo in the evening . During the summer

Lighting

Yes . there has been a lot of Canadian forest fire smoke drifting down through Iowa , and been giving us some awesome sunrises, and sunsets.

Equipment

I used my canon 80D, with 14mm bower lens and tripod

Inspiration

I have drove past this church for a few years thinking there was a photo there . at time i was think about catching the milky way cross over top of the church .. but there was a light pole that was in the way .But when the smoke in the air was occurring . that was the photo to take

Editing

just balance the lights and shadows in lightroom

In my camera bag

canon 6D ,80D canon16 35 mm canon 70 200mm canon 24 105 mm canon 100 macro
