As there were flowers everywhere, I thought of taking its pic close up rather than using macro lens.Editing
Yes post processing was done on this image. Originally shot as colored image, changed it to monochrome and did some basic light and shadow adjustment.In my camera bag

Check the light condition. Shooting in ambient light would be great. Try to be as parallel to subject as possible and center alight the subject so that entire frame is filled up.
