Falling for Iceland

My first trip to Iceland was more than amazing, so amazing that I never wanted to leave. I left the the island wanting to go back to see the waterfall, landscape, fjords, people and the northern lights. During the first trip it was all go, explore, enjoy and it truly got my creative going. I think we ended up drive over 3,500km around the island, off the ring road, exploring the Westfjords and even the highlands. My first time ever seeing the ocean and touching the ocean was in Iceland. We went to Vik and I was in awe over the waves, church’s, the basalt columns and black sand beaches. I remember like it was yesterday, the joy and bliss of traveling around the island and experiencing cultures, people, food and landscapes that I have never seen before. When in the northern part of Iceland my friend and I decided to book a whale watching tour which I will share an image from soon along with a story which goes along with it. I will be heading back to Iceland very soon to just relax and enjoy the beauty around me. I am so excited and blessed to be given the life I have and I look forward to sharing the stories, photographs and experience with all of you. Thank you so much for your support!
