This is a great image !. You've chosen to shoot it head-on and managed to get almost the whole canoe/boat in sharp focus. You've milked a lot of texture from the bamboo (i think it is) and the vertical planks of the fence at the back serve as a nice back-drop. I find this image so soothing with the upside down heart the shape of the frame forms.
