Behind The Lens

Location

During a trip to the southeast of Iran, I came across this park with this building in it. The building was being renovated, but it was still well constructed, the bricks and their yellow color added warmth to the park.

Time

It was a rainy afternoon in Spring, during the Persian New Years

Lighting

I always use natural lighting in my photos, I like to keep them real and alive as if the viewer is really there.

Equipment

I used my Nikon D3200 camera back then. I always carried it around.

Inspiration

Exploring new places always inspires me to take photos. I want to share the beauty of each part of the world with my viewers.

Editing

I enhanced the photo by simple retouching; vibrancy, contrast, and brightness.

In my camera bag

I usually have 3 lenses with me; 200 mm, 50 mm, 18 mm lens, and a lens hood for macro shots. I also keep a microfiber cloth with me to clean my lenses and 2 extra batteries with me.

Feedback

For photographs like these where you have a large subject, I suggest taking it from different angles rather that one. To make the photo more alive, you can add a human subject next to it.
