I launched the drone for golden hour, flew over the Centurylink Stadium, which is the home of the Seattle Seahawks, and swung the drone back around the bring it back home, when I spotted a beautiful cluster of skyscrapers. I zipped over and set this shot up. Got to love a golden hour shot.Lighting
Golden hour is primetime for cityscapes, because the light is much more soft, giving your subject(s) a beautiful glow.Equipment

Are usually have way more equipment than necessary, especially when I travel.I would hate to miss that legendary shot, so I tend to overpack. However on this particular trip I only had my SonyA7Sii as well as my Mavic pro.I wanted to travel light for this trip because I was working for a band, filming behind-the-scenes for a music video, which gave me new challenges.Feedback
Before you launch a drone up in the middle of a city, PLEASE make sure you are proficient in flying. If your drone were to get away from you or if you are unprepared to handle any unexpected wind, birds, or other obstacles, it could be extremely dangerous for pedestrians and vehicles below. Other than that, be patient. You’re racing a 30min battery life, but trust me, patience will go a long way in this game.
