Bom Bom Islet, Principe
I was glad I had a short way back to my room as what seemed like an upcoming sunset of lovely colors turned into greyness and eventually rain.
I stand in the sand here, and as I’m writing this I long back to the feeling of the warm sea and sand flowing over my feet and how even an overcast and rainy situation is so pleasant compared to the winter in Norway.
I had hoped to capture a glimpse of colors through small cracks in the clouds, but instead the drizzle intensified and I had pack my stuff and head back to my room.
This greyness might look cold and uninviting if compared to a similar situation in higher latitudes where this would often be accompanied by gusts of cold wind and even colder rain, but here it was just a lack of warmth in hues and color only.
