Location
This photo was taken under some very old small one way bridge, and in-between some great old wood rail beams. Walking on the tracks always seems like a challenge for some of us (me in particular)...so the day in itself was fun needless to say.Time
Mid to later afternoon.. we were not expecting to really do much but the more we played around with the camera ...the more fun we were having the more comfortable she (my god-daughter) became and with that....I get a way more natural picture.Lighting
The lighting was pretty gloomy for mid day...but that is what interested me in doing the photo to begin with. I wanted a pretty gloomy background as I knew I wanted her beauty lil face to stand out. As luck would have it standing in between those beams under the small bridge there was this small peak of light shining in... you can see it reflecting off her hat and hair... I think that helps make this pic. Lighting is everything.Equipment

Sometimes the pictures you think will turn out the worst end up being your best images.. trust yourself and your camera and just keep your eyes open.
