This sunrise from the top of an adjacent bridge captures the morning sunrise with hues of purple in the sky and clouds which are nicely reflected in the nearly still waters. Ft. Pike is the peninsula jutting out with a canal in the background leading to the far horizon. Historic and beautiful in southern Louisiana near New Orleans. Typical of our landscape.
