I had an incredible encounter today with a bunch of raccoons at a park because (unfortunately) people apparently keep feeding them from their cars. There were at least 10 of them in one area, and I observed them just sitting and waiting for cars to drive by... If people slowed down, they would come out of the trees and surround the car waiting for food. It is illegal to feed them and it made me sad, but it did allow me to grab a few good photos as they waited.
