This photo was taken on my college campus after it had just stopped raining.Time
It was at nighttime around 9-10pm.Lighting
I didn’t really have much control over the lighting but I did originally take this photo in color and changed it to black and white to give it a more ‘mysterious’ look.Equipment
I used my Nikon D3400 with the 18-55mm lens.Inspiration
I was taking pictures for my photography class and this was one of the first shots that I took.Editing
I did a little but. I darkened the blacks and lightened some of the whites. And I made it black and white.In my camera bag
I normally have a spare battery, multiple lenses, another camera body, lens cleaning kit, extra SD cards.Feedback
I would say don’t worry about making sure it’s not too dark out. I’ve tried to recreate this shot before and I have done it when it’s a bit lighter outside. Just worry about making sure the poles are in the frame exactly how you want them to be.
