Location
This is an aerial photo I took over the northwest coast of France. From the air, it's very difficult to recognize some parts of the globe. In this case, I suppose it concerns the Cotentin Peninsula.Time
It was taken a quarter to 3 p.m.Lighting
From a plane the light is different. In this (and other cases I have) it's almost all blue. Not only because of the sea but also because of the plane double window. I tried to take the photo when the sunlight was on my left side, so illuminating the peninsula a little bit more.Equipment
I used my compact camera Canon PowerShot SX700 HS. As I was in a plane, no flash or tripod used.Inspiration
The "design" of the peninsula and the blue ocean around it. It's a beautiful part of that French coastline.Editing
I resized it and improved the light/contrast too.In my camera bag
As an amateur, I always take with me my new mobile Sony E5603, a Canon compact camera Powershot SX710 HS, my older camera Olympus VG-160, some extra batteries and, sometimes a small tripod.Feedback
Who am I to give advices to others who know much more than me? Allow me to only say: look, like and shot! The light is very important and not always we succeed to get the best angle from a plane.
