Location
I took this photo at home, in the bedroom, a beautiful and warm morning when I was alone with my baby.
Time
It was around 7 or 8am. I was changing her and preparing her for the day. It was a good day, she was all smiles. The camera was in the room on the tripod from the night before, when I was cleaning my lenses, so I just shot some selfies with the 10 seconds shutter delay.
Lighting
I could not really see much what was going on on the screen because I was paying attention to her (the moment was too amazing to lose), but I knew that the light was just good, coming in strong from the window. So, I framed us quickly, just so I knew we both were in. At the end, the picture coming out nice is thanks to my guess and to good luck, more than to a real artistic choice.
Equipment
This has been shot with my old Canon 70d on a tripod, with the 18-55mm kit lens.

Inspiration
She inspired me. She inspires me to be a good man everyday, and this makes me be a more sensitive photographer especially when she is in the frame.
Also, no one ever took a good picture of us together, so that day, since we were in such good mood, with plenty of free time, I decided that it was the right moment for a love selfy!
Editing
The raw file was a little dark as expected since I shot against the light, so I did paint our faces with light. This is the only adjustment I did
In my camera bag
In my camera bag there are always diapers, wipes, baby food, her water bottle and baby clothing for emergency. Also I can fit my little camera, the 30mm f2 lens (the only one always with me), a tripod, the remote shutter, some NDs and cleaning stuff.
Feedback
Take a lot of picture of your baby... but do not forget that you are important for her. Let the baby be the main subject of the picture, but remember that she will grow up one day and she will want to see you in the picture with her. So do not forget to put yourself in the pic with your babies. Experiment! The selfies do not always come out beautiful, but love might make things nice anyway.
